Tips for Toddlers:
Bedtime consistency helps establish a routine that makes it easier for kids to
go to sleep and get the rest they need. Baths, putting on pajamas, brushing teeth, storytime, potty time (as appropriate)
and bedtime around 7:30pm each night (including weekends) should help form good habits children expect. We play soft
music during nap time that helps to sooth and induce sleep. You my want to incorporate your own soothing music at home.
